Q How do I pay for my shelving and storage products?
A All major credit/debit cards are accepted. We now also accept PayPal.
Q Where and when do you deliver?
A If we receive your order by 4PM, and the delivery address is UK mainland, it will be delivered the next working day.
Q Am I able to collect my goods from you?
A Shelfsave now offers a collection service, so you can avoid paying any delivery costs. Please note that customers who wish to collect goods must place their order over the telephone (as a website order will incur a delivery charge). The telephone order must be placed before 4pm for collection the next working day between the hours of 8.30 - 5pm (Monday to Friday).
Q When can i expect my delivery?
A Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm on working days. We ask that you arrange for someone to be available to accept the delivery. However, if this is not possible, you can contact the carrier using the details on the card that will be left.
Q How can I contact you if I have a question?
A Our customer service team are on hand Monday-Friday 9am-6pm - 0845 0760180. Alternatively email us and we promise to reply the same day customerservices@shelfsave.com. .
Q Can I return a product if it is faulty?
A Yes, please give our customer services team a call to arrange a replacement.
Q How secure is your website?
A We take online security very seriously and we use Barclays Bank to process all payments online to ensure the security of all sensitive credit card details. Our web servers are also certified by Thawte which offers 128bit encryption, so nobody can obtain your confidential information.
Q What will you do with my personal details?
A Your details will not be passed on to any other company. You may receive periodic emails from us informing you of Shelfsave offers that may be of interest, you can choose not to continue to receive these emails at any time.
